Horncastle Surgery
From Lincoln: Enter Horncastle
on the A158, passing the garden centre on the right, then the Horncastle
town sign on the left. Take the first left (Accommodation Road) after the
town sign. Head down to the T-junction at the end (approx 400m) and turn
right onto Prospect Street. The practice is approximately one hundred
yards on the right hand side.
From Boston/Coningsby: Enter
Horncastle on the A153 and continue until reaching the traffic lights
where the A153 meets the Lincoln to Skegness Road (A158). Go straight over
at the lights, and after 250m turn left onto the High Street. Go past the
Market Square, and the road bends first to the right, then to the left by
the antiques centre and the Fighting Cocks pub. There is a right hand turn
(Prospect Street) on that left bend. Turn into Prospect Street and the
practice is 500m on the left hand side.
From Woodhall Spa: enter
Horncastle on the B1191 and go straight over the traffic lights on the
main Lincoln Road. After approximately 700m the road bends to the right
where there is a left turn into Prospect Street. Turn into Prospect Street
and the practice is 500m on the left hand side.
From Skegness/Spilsby: Enter
Horncastle on the Lincoln to Skegness Road (A158) and turn right at the
traffic lights. After 250m turn left onto the High Street. Go past the
Market Square, and the road bends first to the right, then to the left by
the antiques centre and the Fighting Cocks pub. There is a right hand turn
(Prospect Street) on that left bend. Turn into Prospect Street and the
practice is 500m on the left hand side.
